Transition Map

Matt from Transition Dereham has created a Google map of the Transition Initiatives identified in the Eastern England region. This is based on details found mainly on the official Transition Network Google map of England. All those with contact details against markers have been e-mailed and invited to “collaborate” with this map, so that they can keep their own group details up to date.
